leadership Ann Cartwright leads a team of professional staff, all of whom are experienced leaders and managers of change across all sectors.

Ann has over 30 years experience as a Manager and as a Consultant gained from the private, public and voluntary sectors. For the last 12 years she has been Chief Executive in two organisations. She has experience of establishing new ventures as well as transforming existing organisations. Over the years Ann has designed and delivered a wide range of leadership and personal development programmes and has helped countless number of managers, leaders and individuals to develop and grow.

As well as leading and developing Brooke McNee Limted, Ann is also Chair of Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire CIPD Branch and a Director and Company Secretary of Nottingham Council for Voluntary Services. In the recent past she has chaired both a regional and a national organisation. In 2000 Ann won a Winston Churchill Travelling fellowship and chose to visit the USA to study how they trained Community Leaders. As a follow on from the is visit she was part of the Steering Group that set up and developed “On Course Community Leadership Programme, a programme designed to train future Community Leaders. She also went on to develop Community Leadership Competences for the programme that were awarded accreditation with Open College Network (OCN) at level 4

Ann is regularly asked to facilitate, chair and present at conferences, seminars and workshops across the UK and increasingly in the USA.

As well as being able to work with businesses across the UK and Ireland, Brooke McNee Limited also has a growing list of associates in the USA and in Germany.
